Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Web on Speed provides web hosting, managed WordPress hosting, and cloud hosting services to customers in the EU and worldwide.

2. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Provide accurate and complete account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account
• One account per person or entity unless expressly agreed in writing

3. Payment Terms

• Services are billed in EUR on a monthly or annual basis
• Annual plans receive a discount as shown on our pricing page
• Payment is due on the invoice date; accounts overdue by more than 14 days may be suspended
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for new customers

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any prohibited activity, including:

• Hosting illegal content or facilitating illegal activities
• Sending spam or distributing malware
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Launching DDoS attacks or port scanning
• Phishing or identity theft
• Any activity that violates EU law

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Service Level Agreement

• 99.9% monthly uptime guarantee for all hosting services
• Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations
• Service credits are issued for downtime exceeding the SLA on a pro-rated basis
• Support response time for critical issues: under 4 hours

6. Data Protection and GDPR

We act as a data processor for content hosted on our infrastructure. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web on Speed total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the month the incident occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, customer data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Malta.
