How do I migrate my website to Web on Speed?

We offer free website migration for all new customers. Our team will handle the entire process, including DNS transfer, file migration, and database migration. Simply contact support with your current hosting details and we will take care of the rest — typically completed within 24 hours.

What is included in managed WordPress hosting?

Managed WordPress hosting includes automatic WordPress core and plugin updates, daily backups with 30-day retention, LiteSpeed cache pre-configured, SSL certificate, malware scanning, and a staging environment. We handle all the technical maintenance so you can focus on your content.

How do backups work?

We perform daily automated backups of all hosting accounts, retained for 30 days. Backups include files, databases, and email data. You can restore a backup at any time from the control panel, or contact support for assistance. Annual plan customers also receive on-demand backup snapshots.

Can I upgrade my hosting plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from the client portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades are processed at the next renewal date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit for EU customers, and PayPal. All payments are processed in EUR. Invoices are available in the client portal.
